    Abstract
Computational pathology is an emerging field that is reshaping clinical practice through recent advances in artificial intelligence, computer vision, and medical imaging. Over the past eight years, in collaboration with Seegene Medical Foundation in Korea, we have developed and deployed several digital pathology solutions for real-world clinical use, particularly for the automatic detection and classification of colorectal and gastric cancers. In this talk, I will reflect on our development and deployment experience accumulated over this period. Based on these experiences, I will present ten key lessons and several open problems that may offer practical insights for researchers working on AI-based medical applications.
